How are you all? How was your weekend? 🙂 Well, for me saturday was a blogging marathon 😛 Sunday was more of outdoor hopping as I am planning a few things for the blog (which you will get to know soon) I know I have been telling that for so long now and not giving out the details on what it is but trust me, it’s worth the wait 🙂 I’m taking it slow and steady as I don’t want to rush it in and want to take all the time for any decisions that I have planned for the blog!
Anyhoo, I’m sure you saw my feed on my social media pages a few days back where I posted about a newly launched high foaming face wash by Garnier! I have been using it for quite sometime now and here’s what I feel about it 🙂

My take on Garnier Pure Active Neem + Tulsi High Foaming Face Wash
Packaging: This face wash comes in a cute transparent bottle with green liquid in it. It has flip cap mechanism and is easy to use. I have carried it while travelling and it hasn’t leaked until now. 🙂 On the whole, the packaging is very travel-friendly.
Texture and fragrance: The face wash has gel-type consistency which is green in colour. Just 2 to 3 drops of it can cover your entire face. It lathers amazingly well as it’s a high foaming face wash. Also, it feels quite slippery when you apply on your face. The fragrance is quite mild and soapy.
Results: Garnier Pure Active Neem + Tulsi High Foaming Face Wash is suitable for acne prone skin and oily skin because of the benefits of neem and tulsi. I have been using it for 3 weeks now and I like the results I see. When I tried this face wash for the first time, it felt quite slippery on my face and I am not someone who usually likes that. Maybe because I feel when it’s slippery, it doesn’t clean my face that well 😛 ( weird logic, I know) But this face wash changed that thought of mine. Even if you have foundation on, it removes 98% traces of it in one wash. It’s not a substitute for makeup remover though as it’s not designed for that. It’s a gentle face wash so it works well for daily use. I don’t have breakouts that often( touchwood) but this hasn’t caused any new ones so I’m happy with that! The face wash doesn’t make my skin dry and I love that as any face wash with neem extracts in it seem to dry out my skin.
Another advantage is that one bottle would last for a really long time as one needs to use only 2 to 3 drops of it. Don’t expect it to remove blackheads as it’s not designed for that. Does it control the oil on my face? To an extent. To use as a gentle face wash, I would definitely give it a thumbs up. 🙂

On the whole, I have liked using Garnier Pure Active Neem + Tulsi High Foaming Face Wash on my combination skin. I would recommend this face wash for oily skinned beauties as it does tone down the excessive oil secretion on the face.
