Helloooo there 🙂
How are you all doing? It’s mid-week and I probably know what you guys will answer to what I just asked but hey! Friday is an off 😉 Such a breather eh 😛
Anyhoo, we have already covered health once on the blog before and today, I would want to talk more on that but with regard to eye care. Eyes, being such an important part of our body – needs care as much as we care for our skin or even more than that. Imagine, someone closes your eyes for a few seconds and asks you to keep walking without opening your eyes. How would that feel? Yes, blinded. 🙂 Now think about those who can’t see at all? The ones who are visually impaired? I want to talk exactly about that today!
Eye donation. How many of us have already done that? Donated our eyes so someone else can see what we could and experience all our life. Very few?
Let’s talk about why some never think about it. Frankly, I really don’t know why someone wouldn’t want to do that. If you are one of them, could you please comment below and help me understand that? 🙂 I strongly recommend eye donation because I am someone who has always believed in it as it’s sheer happiness. The thought of your eyes being donated to someone who needs it SO much is just wonderful. The joy on that person’s face who will be able to see the world. 🙂
I have seen and met many visually impaired children and adults at orphanages, they are extremely happy even when they can’t see but I have heard them say “I can touch, feel and sense everything but I cannot see. I want to see how beautiful the world” . Lines like these make me want to thank God for everything he has given me and at the same time, do something for others. So give it some thought. 🙂 Pause and think. If your answer is a yes, there are eye hospitals in Bangalore where you can go and do the needful. Do it, trust me you would feel on top of the world when you do that! 🙂
Also, talking about eye care – there are some very good eye specialists in Bangalore you might want to visit for check-ups. For eye care in Bangalore, there are plethora of choices to choose from.
So are you game for eye donation? 🙂 Do let me know your thoughts on it in the comments below 🙂
