I’m sure you all know by now how I shop online for everything I need. It’s so much more convenient and all I need is just a click away. I was someone who always wanted to go to a real showroom and get clothes or shoes for myself. But with time, I have become an avid online shopper. What I need is easier to find and select than running every street not finding a single thing. But yes, shopping smart is really necessary and now that I think of it, I might as well write a detailed post on that soon 🙂
So today I’m sharing my shopping experience that had a purpose. (which one doesn’t? 😛 ) I was in search of a nice pair of slip-on wedges. I have had different kind of wedges but this was something that I needed in a particular colour as well. Brown! So all I did was log on to Limeroad and select a filter for colours and found one that finally got a place in my wardrobe. 😀 But before we talk about the wedges I got, let me tell you about how my shopping experience was with Limeroad!
So like I said, I needed a specific category so I didn’t go around looking through everything. It is very simple to navigate from the home page to select the category that you want to filter and find. So I chose footwear that led me to another page where I could choose the type of footwear. That is not the only filter available BTW. You can select according to brands, toe shape, colour, size, type, price etc.
So when I chose wedges as a filter on Limeroad, I got a list of options out of which I chose this one.
I ordered it right away as I liked the snake-skin print on the wedges! Aaaaaand….it was BROWN! 😀 On Limeroad, right now it is priced at Rs.2199 but I shopped during a sale so bought the same for Rs.899. 😛 I ordered it on 19th June 2015 and my order was shipped the same day! I received it on 21st June 2015, safe and sound 😛
The product came in standard Limeroad packaging that is lime green in colour nicely wrapped without any damage caused. And this is how the wedges look 🙂
I love how comfortable they are and since they are slip-ons, I love them even more! 😀

I make sure that I do a thorough check before I buy anything. Yes, give it a try once more. Also, I’ll try writing a blog about smart and shopping online 🙂

The last time I purchased a few bags on limeroad I had a really bad experience.. purchased few bags which looked really good n when they were delivered after a few days in the sun they started to fade n it looked really bad.. I couldn’t use them beyond a month.. I haven’t tried the shoes or the clothes cuz I’m really scared as to what the material is going to be.. but probably after reading ur post I will order something.. hopefully this time time it’s gonna be a better experience… 😊
