I’m so excited to announce that we have a new writer on TJD 😀 With this post, I am introducing Nadia Shariff, a doctor by profession as well as a beauty and fashion enthusiast! 🙂 She has already started writing posts for us which will be going up real quick following this and in those posts, you will know what Nadia does and what she would specifically cover for us in her own words.
Anyhoo, Nadia attended the Unlimited Fashion Spring/Summer 2016 collection preview last week on behalf of TJD! And here’s what Nadia has to say about the Unlimited summer looks she got to witness in her own words. 🙂
– Last week, I was at Unlimited Fashion store in Indiranagar for the blog to check out Unlimited Fashion Spring/Summer 2016 collection. This store has outlets in Indiranagar and Kammanahalli in Bangalore and has also another 50+ outlets across the country. These guys have just started and they are doing a super-excellent job. They will be soon be expanding in North India as well.
They recently collaborated with their designers who with all their ingenious minds have designed these opulent wear this summer keeping the ethnicity of India intact.
To start with, for western clothing, there were brands like Sugar and Cherokee. Both for the teens as well as women. Sugar is all about a young girl who is bubbly, a little independent yet all set to take the world on her heels. It consists of clothing from laces to tanks with a summer statement which has prints of mojitos to watermelon to bring down the heat. 😛
Coming to Cherokee it is designed for young confident outlandish woman who knows what exact she wants life. It’s for sure stylish, definite and classy; everything which an independent women would want.
Then in the ethnic wear we have Karigari. As the name suggests Karigari… they have prints, works, polkas, Aztecs, name it and it’s there. This collection defines the elegance of Indian women. Their collection take us back to an era we all call retro and reminded me of Madhubala and Meena Kumari. Haha 😀
I really loved Unlimited Fashion Spring/Summer 2016 collection for women. From petite to tall, you are spoilt for choice.
Coming to the men’s collection, this summer is not just about shorts but you have joggers from their collection which not only are comfortable but also ostentatious.
The denim range dominated with Indigoes in the collection from solids, checked and printed shirts, stripers and hoodies as a colour palette.
The Unlimited store offers fashionable clothing for the whole family ranging from Formals for men through Brands like “Excalibur”, “Geoffrey Beene”, “Cherokee”,“Ruggers”, “Colt” , “Karigari” ,”Anahi”,“Bronz” and “Sugar”. For kids, there is “Cherokee
Kids”, “Donuts” and “Day to Day” which offer great variety at reasonable prices! So, if you are deciding what to wear for a summer party or for a sunny brunch, you know where to go 😉
